Refund policy

Standard Items (non-custom): To receive a refund for a standard item (non-custom) the product must be returned unworn and unwashed and without any damages within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like another size you will need to return your previously purchased item and place an order for the new size you would like. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and completed. We will notify you by email when your package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Due to the nature of my work we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations on custom-made items unless there is a defect or error in the production. Mistakes made by the customer when ordering are not considered a defect or error in production.
